Through exercise and nutrition you can fight mental illnesses like Depression, Anorexia Nervosa, Post traumatic Stress Disorder and many more. The physical illnesses you can fight are Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Ceoliac’s Disease, Heart Disease, Strokes and Alzheimer’s Disease. You can reduce the amounts of sick days you take from work and reduce risk of injury considerably.
