Water Water every where!! No, Im not talking about the weather!

Don't under estimate the power of water, when it comes to health, fitness and even weight loss. Every single bodily process in the body, whether its metabolism, fat burning or digestion. So surely you can see how vital it is for us to keep hydrated to keep our bodies working as efficiently as possible.
