Love2 BU Programmes

There are so many diets, programme's and brands out there that claim to offer you the dream of the body you want and the health you deserve... The only problem is this often means buying into the brand, spending your weekly food shops looking for their own branded ready meals, separate meals for you, separate meals for the kids, and weeks of counting, restricting, craving and perhaps, a little weight loss.

As far as we are concerned the busy life of Mum's, Dad's, full time workers or carers does not lend itself well to continuous scrutinizing of what foods are forbidden and how we can squeeze a quick fix into a busy schedule...

Surely you would prefer to find a way of eating for life that means you can still enjoy food, keep up with your busy schedule, feel more energetic and healthy as well as sculpt yourselves a body to feel comfortable in...

 

We are now offering 8 or 12 week programmes designed to reconcile you with food, over come your food demons, learn how to manage your body, nutrition and lifestyle, maintain a healthy weight and exercise in a way that suits your body, your lifestyle and what you enjoy.

These programmes are designed to equip you with the knowledge, understanding and confidence to maintain weight loss, increase health and manage your food demons for good!!!!!

The programme has been put together by a former anorexia sufferer so the recognition and understanding of food, self confidence and self esteem issues in this context, is immense.

All of this is done with the support of our mentors and the other group members. You will receive One-to-One as well as group support and will continue to receive all the help you need once the course is complete...

Each programme consists of two meetings a week for 2 hours. Once you have enroled you will be the main priority for the trainer who is mentoring you...
