Having carrier a small person inside you for 9 months your body, of course, will be different. Our Post Natal Specialist helps Mum's not only get back into shape after child birth, but strengthens the stomach muscles again, realigns the bodys natural position, helps eliminate risk of Post baby complications like back ache and weight gain and can even get your body ready for another pregnancy.
Having taught for the NCT for over ten years Debbie knowns a womans body inside out, knows whats best to avoid for those who have had babies, what works best and how to maintain a healthy and shapely body afterwards.
As well as the physical aspects of having a baby, there will always be the nutritional needs of a new Mum. For breast feeding, for sleep deprivation and tiredness and amongst other things, for weight management.
