As a recovered Anorexia sufferer I have a depth of experience of food battles, from eating too much and not eating enough. I have also had the scientific training to know what makes a nutritious, wholesome and balanced diet.

Part of my recovery from Anorexia was getting to know my body in an exercise environment. I learnt that exercise, my body and working hard are all things to be enjoyed and nurtured. I have since made it my mission to share my experience and knowledge with others.

So, embrace your bodies, decide on your goals and dedicate some well earned time into getting the body you want and the health you deserve.
